Agreement to these terms

By reading Dubai Cleaning Verdict you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, the appropriate response is to close the page. We are an editorial publisher, not a cleaning company, and nothing here creates a contract to clean anything.

What this site is

We compare cleaning companies operating in Dubai and publish the results. The rankings reflect our own testing and our own opinion at the time of writing. They are journalism, not certification. No provider is accredited, endorsed or guaranteed by us in any legal sense, and a high score is not a warranty of the service you personally receive.

Accuracy and currency

Prices, service scopes and availability change constantly in this market. Every figure on this site was accurate on the date stated and may be wrong tomorrow. Always confirm the current price directly with the provider before you book. We correct errors when we learn of them but we cannot promise that everything is current at the moment you read it.

Commercial disclosure

Some listings carry affiliate links. If you book through one, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Commission does not buy a ranking position and does not affect a score. Where a page carries affiliate links, that is disclosed on the page itself.

Third-party providers

Any agreement you enter into with a cleaning company is between you and that company. We are not a party to it. We do not arrange bookings, hold funds, employ cleaners or supervise work. If a provider damages your property, arrives late, overcharges you or fails to appear, your recourse is against them under the terms you agreed with them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this site, including lost money, lost time, property damage and consequential loss. The information is provided as is. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and scoring framework on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may quote a short extract with a visible link back for attribution. You may not republish pages wholesale, scrape the site systematically, or reproduce the comparison tables on another domain. Company names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, overload it with automated requests or use it to distribute anything unlawful. Access may be blocked without notice where this happens.

Outbound links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their security or their conduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top of the page shows when that last happened, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
